How it works

From request to signature in three steps

    You request

    Call, email, or use the form below with the pickup, drop-off, and how soon it needs to arrive.

  2. STEP 2

    We pick up

    Your courier arrives, checks the package and its labels, and gets a signature before leaving.

  3. STEP 3

    It's delivered

    We hand it to the named recipient, collect their signature, and confirm the delivery back to you.

Standards

How every delivery is handled

The same rules on every run, whether it's one urgent tube or a full day's route.

  • Chain of custody

    Signed at both ends. Every package is signed out at pickup and signed for at delivery, with times recorded.

  • Direct routing

    No detours on STAT runs. Urgent deliveries go straight from pickup to drop-off.

  • Temperature

    Kept in range. Ambient, refrigerated, and frozen items travel in the right container for their temperature.

  • Privacy

    Sealed and confidential. Packages stay closed from pickup to delivery. We only need addresses and contacts, never patient health information.

  • Confirmation

    You always know it arrived. We confirm each completed delivery by phone, text, or email.
